I'd be asking the seller if you could give him a few hundred to hold it until you get an answer from the cu on Monday. I'd be doing everything I could to lock up the sale, 'cause that really is a steal. Since I'm in the market and shopping if that deal was close to me I'd already own it. Surprised it's not gone already. If you have a shot with the cu you may want to go see it and talk to the seller on Sunday.
