I recently put on a Yaffe Extended tank on my 2012 Street Glide. I liked the look of it and didn't think it would be much difference in seating position...not so much! We modified my Sundowner seat to fit with the tank except now I am almost sitting on top of my new tank. I know Danny Gray and LePera make seats to fit this configuration. I was wondering if anyone else has changed to the extended tank and what seat you used. Also, how comfortable is it?
I've contacted Danny Gray and they said that they can put a driver's backrest on the seat they offer for this tank, but I will be shelling out a good bit of money for that seat. Just want to see if there are any other options first and make sure it is worth the money before I spend it. Thanks!
