Anyone having a starting problem after installing this with auto tune. Its not really a starting problem but it just don't fire up really fast.

Before the TM was installed I think the start switch knew I was going to hit before I did....Now it seems a little slower.

Any suggestions or comments that are positive.

 

Ive had the same "problem" on a couple bikes. Its just a matter of getting into the basic settings and doing some tweeking.
You didnt say what bike you have this on or if you have done any autotunes yet.
I currently have 5 TMaxes and have tuned them for quick starting along with other things. Each bike is a little different . Best thing to do is a data collection and email it to TMax with a brief description of your problem/concern. You should get a response the next day.

One other thought, did you initialize the unit after you loaded the map so it is homed correctly?

 

2011 RKC and 2012 Ultra with the same problems and yes on the last part.
