Should both front and rear pipes look similar? w/pic
2012 FLHTK with stage one with power vision. Gets hot, pings at times, and sounds like I have an exhaust leak. Pulled all the chrome off looking for the leak and found both pipes very dis-similar. Thinking one is too lean maybe?

looks like the front section got a bit hot. i'm not a wrencher but i had some bub stubbies that i didn't get the gasket set right and i had one blue up on me. i'm sure someone will be along in a bit and give some real advice.

Front pipe's definitely showing a sign of running "differently" than rear...did you pull the plug and take a look too (burning white)? Looks like V&H power duals on your scoot - did you plug the O2 sensors, or are you running them as well? Any tuner, other motor mods???
i'd try looking for the leak at that front gasket.
