I just got my new Ultra, 2013, and I'm looking for a part.
It's the license plate bracket that also has two stop lights on each side. In the catalog there is a picture on page 664, item B for side marker kit, in that picture it shows the license plate bracket under the tour pac...that's the part I'm searching for.
I had one on my past ultra, it this part still available? Will this part fit the new style frame ( 09 and above)?

If this works, the link shows the license plate bracket and the brakes lights on each side...the link is for side marker lights, but ignore that....just the chrome place and lights..
I don't usually recommend going to the dealership but, I would check with the parts counter dudes.....most of the time their pretty good about finding me a part HD or aftermarket.
If I was looking at the right picture from the 2012 catalog, Post #2 by TheShrink appears to have the same light (pictured below). You might be able to PM him to find out.
