Check your wear bars. If you don't see them, keep working on Putting miles on until you do. If you see them, start planning a tire change. I wouldn't worry too much about how a quality tire looks as long as the wear bars are not showing, there is no cracking or other obvious damage and it hold air reliably.

The wear bars are in the long treads, close to the end toward the center of the tire. Run your finger tip through a few until you feel a wear bar. I found shining a flashlight into the tread helps to find them.

well got 12462 miles out of my E3 and the wear bars are almost gone so I thought it was time to put on a new one , got a new E3 with the dual compound , we will see how this one wears
