I'm not quite sure where to go from here. This has been a vortex of my dollars going down the drain. My problem lies with this Streetglide and it's Dyno numbers. I have a 2011 FLHX with a SEPST, SE/AC, and V&H Propipe. I had a hell of a time with Decel popping. I had asked here about that issue and was told those components were good, find a good tuner. I had gone to every St Louis area HD Dealer and had it Dyno'd. Actually 3 HD Dealers tuned it. 2 in Illinois, 1 in St Louis City. We're talking 250 + 350 +500 dollars. I ended up going to a private wrench and installed T-Mann 555 cams at a cost of another 900.00... The Popping was gone but my Dyno numbers are 92 HP, 95 Torque. That was the best this wrench could get for me. The bike seems to run well. I average 32-36 mpg + or -. I'm due for a 20,000 mile service and was talking about the bike to another private wrench and he couldn't believe the Dyno numbers I am getting. He was wanting me to change to a fuel pack. PCV 5 I think it is ? I'm just so fxxxing tired of dropping cash into this bike, I don't know what to think anymore. What do I do ? I'm just numb any more about it... I don't want to race it, I just want a bike that runs like it should with these components. I just want my money's worth.
Yeah that sounds a little low to me. Can it really be that hard to find a good tuner?
The problem with dyno tunes is that they are only as good as the person doing the tune and thee state of the equipment. Thats why I got a Thundermax for this bike. Stage 1, no problem, no dyno needed. Stage 2, no problem, no dyno needed. I pull 36 -38 mpg in town and 43 on the hwy with the cruise set. I would have liked a few more hp /tq, but the curve is nearly as flat as Kansas so I won't complain. No poping, no pinging...
I am running Drago's Dragula 2 into 1 with a TMan 555 tq cam.
My smile meter is pegged!

The only reason he suggests you get a PCV is that is what he knows and can work with, which is fair enough. I doubt if any shop will work with every tuner out there! He may well be able to get you numbers you like with one, but I can't think of any reason why your current set-up can't give the same numbers, in the right hands.
It sounds as if you have been to four different shops, but have you been back to any of them after they did a tune for you? How well does your bike actually ride? The only reason for chasing numbers is to get big numbers, but the original objective of your changes was surely to improve performance?!
PFwiz. Thanks for the Dyno sheet. It looks like my Horse power is ball park but I'm low on the torque end. I like the way the bike runs. This was purely reports I'm getting about my performance.
Buggy, I have a Chrome Propipe. V&H stated this was designed with 103's in mind so far as I know.
grbrown, I like the way the bike runs. I was just wanting to get the performance up to where it should be. There are a lot of ideas from people about changing my set up. I just want what I have to run well. I may go back to the shop that cammed it and have him take another look at the Dyno. Maybe I'm expecting too much from T-Mann cams as well.
Your HP is the same as PFWiz's and your TQ about 8 lower, but that is within the accuracy of dynos. It will be interesting to see if you are able to get any improvement. Wait until you have a decent mileage up so that everything is well and truly bedded in.
