Intercom - radio issues
Any help is appreciated....
I have a 99 Ultra Classic 55k miles, been riding all summer with the four speakers. Lately, my wife has been riding w me so I got some headsets.. Been using them for a month or so. today I had the speaker switch on the fairing rocked forward as normal and using the PTT buttons to talk while listening to the stereo thru the headset. today when I use either PTT button the stereo goes to full blast on the passenger headset only, then back to the normal volume when the PTT button is released. driver headset is the normal set volume when the PTT button is activated.
When I put the fairing speaker switch in the center position, from what I have gathered this activates the 4 speakers with music and not the headsets. When u activate the PTT buttons u can speak as normal thru the headsets.
Anyone have an idea why when u activate the PTT the rear headset will blow your eardrums with music.
