Default Help on Wheels

I am brand new to posting so bare with me. I have a 2004 Ultra, What are the biggest wheel I can put on the front with only modifying or changing my front fender? Also, this might seem dumb but I don't know, if I go to a 21 do I buy a 2.15 or 3.5 wheel for a dresser? Thanks guys!

Rim width dictates tyre width, to some degree. The wider rim size will allow you to use a wider tyre. So decide what tyre width you want to use. Also look through recent 21" tyre threads to see what others are using. This has been done many times before!

Should go with the 21" 3.5 width wheel. This will allow the new Dunlop 130/60 series to be used! More rubber, lower profile than the 120/70 series everyone else is using. Just a thought!

You can use the 130 tire on a 21x3.25 rim as well. This tire will sit you at exactly the same height as a 120/70/21 as it is a 130/60/21. This tire is only available through Harley.

Thanks everyone for the advice. Does anyone have name of a D dealer that gives 20-30% off pats on a regular basis? And does anyone know if a HD Magnum 21" inch wheel will fi my 04Ultra with not much mods except front fender? Thanks again everyone.

The Magnum is not made for a touring bike, if you want a 21" up front it's going to have to be aftermarket.
