Well I finally done it, not really what I first told ya though, sorry about that but it's on the way, a black EG Standard, I will have the chrome kit installed as soon as it come's in, bought it at SmithBros., that's where I bought my Heritage.
There are a few reason's why I went back to them, 1st is they have a black bike coming in the 20th of Sept,2nd is they were willing to do the dealer assit, you know, if a guy buy's your bike get them to do the paper work at the dealer and they will show it as a trade, save's alot on taxe's, Colboch was willing to do it for a fee of $500 dollors [:@], damn that made me mad, 3rd reason Colboch wanted 8hrs of labor at $68 a hr to install the chrome kit
, ah man what next for them guy's, SmithBros. will do it for 4 hrs at $58 and hr, also the guy's in the service dept have been awesome to me during the time I've had my bike.

I don't blame you for going where you can get the best deal. You are going to love the Standard. Mac should be able to hook you up with a few mods.

Good deal man. I'm slowly changing my opinion of Smith Bros. I let them do my insurance job because I didn't much care for the service dept at Colboch and my closest insurance office was in JC. Soon as I pulled in with the bike Jason the owner talked to me and made me feel real good about what was gonna happen. He remembered me by name each time I went in and so did Tim and Chuck. Tim hooked me up bigtime on my insurance claim, I never had to pay a dime. I don't know about buying a bike from them but they'll get my service buisiness from now on.

I know what your talking about and it would look better if the fund's are there.
By the way, do you have picture's of your engine chromed.

Yes, I do have a pic...I'll do it tomorrow, 'cause I haven't taken the picture yet and it's dark outside!
Don't do the Kuryaken piece, wait and do it right, I think you will be happier, no disrespect to anyone that has the cover...
If you wait long enough, I'll get mine done, if you like, we can get it chromed, and then I'll trade you my old chrome one for yours you pay the price of the chrome and shipping...I know of a couple really good chromers...I'm going to chrome all my original pieces and chrome them and try to do an exchange on Ebay with them, we'll see how it goes.
