I recently added saddle bag guards on my sg. only problem I really have with them is. the saddle bag support is painted black. wtf why would you sell chrome guards and make the support black. I almost cut my stock supports and drilled a hole to make them work with the guard itself. just think hd is kinda stupid for doing that. it may just be me but I wanted them chrome and just might have them chromed. ok rant over
I put them on my RG. You can't see the black. I did think about straightening the original chrome support and cut/drill to fit but as long as the bag is on you can't see it.
Chrome, Chrome, Chrome ... Chrome won't get ya home ... But ... It sure does look pretty sittin' on the side of the road :>) ... ( BTW ... I agree that the Chrome Rail Set should come "all chrome" )

Chrome don't git ya home, but then again neither does junk.
Chrome may have a better chance of gettin' ya laid too as opposed to junk.
