Help with Power Vision

I was going to sell my Power Vision I had on my 2013 softail but im thinking about keeping it now. If I pay the unlocking fee and get the different cord required for the 4 prong ECM port will i be able to use this on my 2013 street glide? Whats the difference between the PC-1 and PC-2? I think i have the PC-2. I bought it from Fuel Moto and they are great at addressing any questions but they are closed for the night and wanted to get an answer before tomorrow..

If you have a PV-2, yes you need the connector you told me about ($25+ per Fuel Moto) and the $199 license fee....
