Due to the summer heat here in Phoenix, a battery (car or bike) lasts about 2 years. 5 months of 100+ every day gives a battery a beating.

 

Always load test the battery first Then clean and reconnect BOTH ends of both cables. Just FYI, that 180 dollar battery can be had at Advance auto for 99 bucks with the online discount already charged if you need it in a hurry. It's the same Deka battery with a different label on it.

 

My buddy has the same problem on his RK 2013....We checked the key fog battery and then the bike battery....both were OK but replaced the 2032 for S & G's.

Any other suggestions, I could pass along. Dealer can't find it and said it was the Power Commander....but it started to happen long before the tuner was added.
