Default Screaming Eagle Super Tuner Software

Anyone else having problems using the "Update" tab on your software program. I keep getting a "unable to connect to Server", check you internet connection message. Called MOCO and they are clueless.

Mines only a month old. I noticed when I went onto the MOCO website that had a message indicating that they currently could not receive any emails so I'm figuring that their Server that has the Screaming Eagle update program is also their Email Server.

Default Tuner issues

Just got the same message from the guy tuning my bike for the trip to the 110th. Screaming Eagle tuner not recognized and obsolete. Kinda sucks 350 to 500 bucks for new tuner

How old are your tuners ? I was just at the dealers talking about buying the program and the cable to try and do some self tuning ?

my is 2008, just got back from bike night and the general consensus is 2 to 3 years before they are outdated

So is it the tuner or the software that gets outdated ?

I was just using mine a couple days ago and could still adjust everything I needed to. Didn't realize there was a prob.
