My tuner is just a couple of months old. The tuner doesn't really go obsolete until MOCO makes a drastic ECM change. The software is supposed to be capable of being updated. The software program I bought was already updated to 2013 Touring Bikes. Last week I was able to click on my Update Tab and it would eventually come back indicating that there weren't any updates to download. It wasn't until today that I hit the Update tab and got the can't connect to Server message.
The whole purpose of the Update Tab is so that owners of Older Software Versions can update their Software to current downloads from Screaming Eagle. Whether it's new mappings or new bike models.
I just now, 10:55pm EST went on and tried my Update Tab. This time it did connect and I got the "no update is required" message.
