2009 header on 2013 road king classic
I just bought my 1st EFI Harley (2013 road king classic). Before that I drove a 1998 FLHR. Im looking for a better sound than what the stock exhaust has. I put on 4" Rinehart slip-on mufflers. The sound got a little louder and a little deeper but still not where I want to be. I was thinking about buying a 2009 head pipe, a stage 1 intake and the Thunder max ECM. The 2009 head pipe has the cat removed and the correct size bungs (18mm) and bung placement for the thunder max. It looks like the 2009 head pipe should work on a 2013 from what I've found on this forum. I see fuel moto sells exhaust that fits years 2009-2013. I'm on a budget otherwise I would just buy the fuel moto exhaust or v&h true duals. Has anyone tried this combination? Any constructive input would be appreciated. Thanks
