Tool Kit Included?

I have a 2011 FLHTK and I don't call a cheap multi tool a tool kit. It would have been better to not give me nothing than try to tell me that I can work on the whole bike with this piece of junk. When he said it will fit every screw, nutand bolt on the the bike I asked him to show me the one that fits the rear axle nut! He said well it wouldn't fit that and I said well don't say I can work on everything on the bike.

Ditto here. Pretty much worthless. I built my own and carry it in the bottom of my saddlebags.
