I have the stage one download and just put a Reinhart 2-1 pipe on yesterday, It seam to be running great! I have about 100mi. on and no popping. I will be out the rest of today riding so will see how it goes.

UPDATE.... keep in mind I love this bike, and I know it can be a perfect bike for me..
I am extremely frustrated at HD, the dealer has been sympathetic, but his hands are tied. The MoCo told them that I am on my own, the S1/903 download is what it is, and if I don't like it, tough... they suggested I spend EVEN MORE $$$ of mine to try and correct it further with a Race Tuner, so I have to spend more $$$$ to correct their screwups, get the bike running like it should, and THAT pisses me off. I am NOT happy.
the bike runs worse, than when I took it infor the S1 flash
dealer thought my SE pipes were wrong, possibly catalyst equipped, but he wasn't sure.... $904 later, at MY EXPENSE with new pipes, tips and dyno labor checkout time,and it runs the same. I had the oil cooler installed,another $300addition to the mix, that cooled things down a LOT but the actual drivability malady hasn't changed a bit. I have spent $1704 for HD performance enhancements, and it runs worse than stock. Did I mention it ran PERFECTLY and COOLER with MORE POWER before the S1 flash. I now have had 3 sets of pipes on it, and it runs the same.... runs like crap under 2000 rpm now, idle speed also dropped 200 rpm, backfires through the air cleaner at times, shut off on me once after exiting Xway, and stalled pulling away from a light in traffic once (insert pucker factor here)... once over 2000 rpm it runs a tad better, albeit still lean as hell, but not $1704 worth of value...
so, I paid to have the bike run worse, and it can't be reversed or fixed... how stupid is that, $1704 plus SERT plus labor puts me at $2500 to get it backrunning right, maybe, and it WAS running good when I took it in in the first place. This is a blatant ripoff. I'm not going to tolerate it.
letter's to the MoCo won't work I hear....
so, tomorrow, I methodically start with the State Attorney General's Office with a formal complaint, and unleash the wolves.
at thispoint it is a matter of principle, I paid for products that deceived me on advertised performance enhancements, and results, and they didn't work in the end, and now they want me to spend more of MY money to try and correct their screwup. I am told there is a HUGE list of unhappy 07 owners after the S1/903 download
dealer cannot return bike to stock MAP he says, HD will not furnish a stock flash ECM.... there justHAS to be a FEDERAL LAW against this arrogant behavior. I am inclined to remove everything I bought for a full refund, but the ECM cannot be returned to stock??...
anybody else feel slighted??
