Looking for information

I have a 07 Ultra Classic and because of medical issues, I'm losing strength in my legs. Does any one know of a vendor that sells a system that combines both the front and rear brakes being activated by the hand brake lever verse the rear brake using your right foot? Thanks in advance Grumpy

It's expensive. And it also comes with water cooling (the new 2014)

I've heard of folks adapting stuff before for riders with only one leg. I just can't remember where though.

While I understand your desire to use front and rear brakes with the hand lever, I haven't used my rear brakes (other than for friction zone parking lot maneuvers) in years. These big bikes stop best with the front brakes.

Look for websites and organisations dedicated to disabled riders. They are accustomed to adapting bikes and controls in ways we can only imagine and are even able supply the hardware.
