I'm pretty sure you can remove the lowers on the Ultras. It's the Limiteds that have the radiators, so they can't be removed. BTW, the Ultras have the usable glove boxes with the new click open/close doors. On the other hand, the Limited has the door covers but won't open because there are no boxes behind them since the radiators take up the space.
No, actually the right one does open but the radiator isnt behind it the coolant reservoir is.
