If you need a battery immediately and don't want to wait 3 or 4 days for shipping try AutoZone. I just got mine there... Duralast Gold p/n EXT30LA. I'd bet this battery is made by the same company as the "Big Crank" referenced earlier in this thread as it has the same part number. It's a few bucks more at AutoZone than you can find online but you can have it in your hands right now.

If you were regularly "maintaining" your battery with a 6 amp charger, you probably cooked it. Look to see if the sides are bulged out a bit. My maintainer also has a charge function but at 1.5 amps. Small batteries overheat pretty easily when a car charger is used on them.
I would buy at HD dealer or Batteries Plus. Most decent size cities metroplexes have both of these places and the cost will be about the same. If you buy online which in most cases I do, except batteries, if you have a problem you need a battery now, not next week even if it will be under warranty. I prefer Batteries Plus, have used them for years with good results.
