Default Heel guards

Does anybody make heel guards for passenger floorboards? I noticed my side covers are taking a beating from the Mrs.

I would have sworn I saw them somewhere, but can't find them now. You could put in a set of the floorboard spacers to get her feet away from the side covers a little more. There are also companies that make a clear protective film that you can put on the side covers to protect them. Good luck with that, had same issues with my OL, till she started to get a lot more conscious of her feet cause she got sick of hearing me bitch about it.

heelguard . com has them for passenger boards. I also saw an ad in either the new thunderpress or aim rag. The ad had more of a flat shield where heelguard is like a rail.

I had these on my previous bike and loved them. Simple, but totally functional.

Hope this helps!

You might try going to a local mom & pop home medical equipment company and ask if they have any broken wheelchair footrests with heel loops you can have. Easy enough to adapt these for the bike...
