Check all the easy stuff first, like new plugs, vacuum leaks or vacuum plugs off on throttle body, and if that is ok have the fuel pressure tested. Not sure what it should be but on late models it is 62 to 55 lbs. when varying the throttle engine running. Very possible the fuel regulator or fuel pump or hole in line in tank. Fuel pressure won't cause a code to be set. Neither will a vacuum leak, but not sure on misfiring plug. A wiring issue to a sensor or bad sensor will set code. Good luck.

What year bike?? ****, is something us guys with older bikes should just replace? This'll leave you stranded.
