I love the so-cal, vicla style. I am in the process of modding my front fender to get my 21 fat spoke on to complete my setup. Your bike looks sweet, but hey, black always looks sweet.
I've done a few 21" wheels on Road Kings without any other mods. Is yours rubbing?

No, it actually did not come into contact with the fender, but it was way to close for safety. I am running the 120/70-21. With the front wheel in the air, it would spin freely, but just for safety, I taped an extension cord to the tire and tried to spin the wheel. Just that extension cord locked the wheel right up. So we were talking very, very close. I cut notches in the mounts and was able to get the fender up, but was not happy with it. So I took the fender to a local expert who cut and fabbed up mounts that I am happy with. Honestly, people run 21's without problems and others burn paint. I was not taking any chances and wanted it done a specific way. I am sure I could have wallowed out the holes and called it a day, but I wanted to play it safe.

J 1st I want to say both of them RK's look Killer. I love the beach bars.
Question What brand of rim did you go with? From the pic it looks to be a good match for my softy Deluxe stock rear tire. I know it will have more spokes but the outer rim is what im looking to match up. Thanks for any info.
