rotten tree huger dems were resposible for the bike testing in the first place. your vote does count. rob ya blind. all about takin yur money and given to the free stuff crowd.

They did away with vehicle emissions testing here in Colorado in 2007, it took a few years before they realized how much money they were losing, so they brought it back! It never was about air quality.
