I'm 6'1" and went with the Yaffe 12" Classic Bagger Apes on my FLHX. I'll tell you how that went before week's end. The bike and bars are now at my local indy's shop!
The Classic Bagger Apes are about 35" wide, with about a 7" pullback - and a FABULOUS neutral grip angle.

I found buying ape hangers is like buying a gun safe:
Pick the one that you think you need & then buy the next size up.
Just put 14" WO's on, I'm 5'-9" perfect !

Got some pics?
Wild 1s are too wide for me but you might be right on the height.... Maybe I'll just get the Paughco 14 inchers.... If they're too tall ts easier to get shorter ones without having to get new cables and stuff
I have Khromewerks 14" fat apes , 34.4 inches wide. I'm about 6' and they are almost perfect. Check out their website, they have 2 charts that will give you all the info you need.

I really like that "installed" chart... Super helpful. These are really close to what Im after (if only there wasnt that 2" drop at the bar ends)... Might be as close as I can get though... Plus the price is right
