Has anyone successfully requested and received support from On the Move for HDPDPLUS issues? After trying most of the summer to get the device working, I've e-mailed them multiple times but can't locate a phone number. They've not responded to either my or Eastern Performance's request to contact me.
If anyone has a phone number or an e-mail address that they respond to, I would definitely appreciate it.
I had a self inflicted issue during my installation of the hdpdplus a few weeks back. Sent an email to Iron Cross around bedtime on a Friday night. Got up early the next morning to an email from their service manager, Tony. He replied at 6:15AM! Went back and forth on a few troubleshooting steps and he had me in business in short order. Super service!
that would have been my first move to. but, i wouldn't have let it go all summer. after the first day, i would be calling iron cross to see if they could help
