I installed the LED lighted switches on my 2014 Limited they are great if you do a lot of night riding. The illumination is just right not to bright to be annoying when riding and bright enough to tell what the switch is.
I would recommend them if you do a lot of night riding.
I had it done only because it was in the deal. It is a simple job to do 1. Remove the switch housing covers. 2. Unplug the old switches. 3. remove the old switch Assembly it is clipped around the handle bar. 4. Install the new switch assemblies. 5 Plug connectors into the new switch assemblies 6. Replace the switch housings. 7 Test. you will not be able to see if they are working if it is fairly light out. I suggest close the garage door and turn out the light to check.
I hope this helps
