Two weeks ago I come home from work and have a Fedex package at my door. I open it up and it says I am a potential grand prize winner of a 2014 Road King. First thing I thought was it's a scam. Well after reading the letter and seeing that it had a prepaid fedex envelope (not typical of a scam), a questionaire needing notarized and a W9 to complete I started thinking this might be somewhat legit.
It said I was automatically entered after owning a HD visa card. Well, after much research and phone calls I learned that it was legit through HD Visa and the marketing company.
Well I filled out the paperwork and sent it in after getting it notarized. Two days later (sept 19) I get a call from the marketing company saying I am verified and I am the grand prize winner of a 2014 RK. She said I'll be contacted by Harley in the next two weeks.
Just got called yesterday by the GM of Red Rock Harley Davidson in Las Vegas congratulating me and telling me I can pick up my new 2014 RK today.
The only issue I have now is where the hell am I going to put it? I already have a 2001 fatboy (pending sale) and a 2010 RG sitting alongside my classic car. Garage is getting way too small. Anybody interested in a brand new road king?
I'm right there alongside with you. I'll be discussing that with them later today. Worst case scenario I ride a new bike home. The cash would be nice though!!
