Thanks for all the help. When I stumbled on this post I was in the middle of hopelessness...not at all in touch with the core problem. It was nice to find this post that directly talks about this issue...NO BRAKE LIGHT! It forced me to check the Brake Light Switch...I wasn't getting power to the Switch...and with a OHM meter concluded the switch was good. But all this forced me to look closer at the wiring schematic and with all the talk about the ASSY FUSE. It made me realise the circut I was actually concerned with was not "BRAKE/CRUISE" which is mixed in with the Relay's, TMS...etc...The ASSY Fuse is what powers the Brake Lights...so knowing the Switch was not getting power I started going back to the battery by way of Fuse Block...checked the ASSY Fuse AGAIN...The Block had solid 12V power with the Ignition Switch turned to Run.
BY the Way: This is a "07 FLHTCU.
OK this is where I lost it from the beginning.

I checked the Fuses on the Road, at a deserted Gas Station with some overhead shelter somewhere in Oregon off I-5 during the biggest Rain Storm to hit the Northwest in a long long time two weeks ago. In fact the Santa Rosa Mile was canceled the day before during the Main Event for Pro Singles because of Heavy Mist. So I'm on the road...it'd been raining all day long and I wasn't too worried about not having a Brake Light...(during the daylight)...But by the time I got to Eugene...I was looking at driving through Portland at night...No Brake Light, No Blinkers, No Cruise Control, No Horn, No Front Speakers, no Cigar Lighter...(My i-Phone needed charging...it ran my GPS etc...I really wanted all this stuff to work...In a RAIN STORM! I still had over 200 miles to go to Orting WA.
So with my fully dressed self in Raingear, Gauntlet Gloves, Arai Fullface, Danner Portland waterproof Boots, and all my cold weather gear I pulled off the LH Saddle Bag and Cover to get to the Fuse Block. This was easy and only took a minute...thank God I'd done this at home many many times...it was easy...I had a Leatherman Multi Tool on my belt and used it to pull Fuses and Check them...They were all GOOD! So not knowing fully what I was doing...I put it back together and Rode home...let me tell you this was the definition of EPIC...by the time I got to Longview WA on I-5 it was raining so hard and there was so much standing water on the 4 lane wide surface, I could not see for Sh_t. Thank God for the reflectors as that is the only thing I could see for navigation. Semi Trucks all the way down to Subarus were all hosing me down with Firehose force...this is no exageration...thank God for the Fairing and full height Touring Windsheild. I made it home from Redding CA...left @ 10AM, arrived home @8PM..I feel quite lucky to be alive.
Anyway, this Forum kept pointing me back to the Fuse Block...and so I revisited and revisited it. But I forgot to mention that I have a Corbin Heated Touring Saddle. It has a pigtail of wires that plug directly into the Fuse Block at the ASSY. This is what makes me feel really dumb...

the pigtails plug has two little Fuses located on it...they take the place of the ASSY fuse...I was confused and told myself, {Oh, that is for the Seat it has nothing to do with the Brakelight, Cruise, Etc... HELLO...MCFLY...yes it does have everything to do with that whole Circut. Problem is the Plug from the seat has two fuses. One (7.5AMP Orange) is for the Heated Seat...the other (15amp Blue)takes the place of the 15amp Fuse normally locatedthere for the ASSY Circut,,,The 7.5 Amp was blown and was hiding behind the 15 AMP and so I didn't see or notice or in other words I was not good enough to find the problem on the road even though "FUSES" were the first thing I checked. So I never noticed my Electric Seat not working because my Air Cushion had me lifted up off of it...Not that I could feel the heat that much, I figured it was cold enough I'd just leave it on anyway to maybe soak up some of all the wasted heat...did I mention it was cold and wet? I think if I'd realized my seat wasn't working, I'd have found the blown 7.5amp Fuse.
Problem Solved...Thanks for all who use the forum...keeps a lot of $$$ out of HD's hands.
