What performs the best, head pipes with a crossover or true duels if the same high flow AC and mufflers were used on each? I like the look of the Jackpot 2-1-2 header much better than the VH crossover header. Is there a proven header/AC/muffler/tuner combination that makes the most power for the 2014 103"? Thanks for the help!

a lot of differing opinions here but the header systems that remove cat and go 2 into 1 have been hi on the HP gains. But alot of guys don't like the 2 into 1 look (including me).
So I would go with what "looks good" to you and do some simple research as far as HP gains. I personally like the Vance and hines setup for looks and sound but that's just my opinion for what that's WORTH. paul
I did quite a bit of research before deciding. The best hp gains were from 2 into 1. But like some others, I like the look of true duals better. However some true duals actually reduce hp. I chose MGS because I like the looks, the sound, and they promised an increase in hp. I did get an increase although not as much as I would have with 2 into 1.
Look at Fuel Moto's dyno charts on their Jackpot 2 into 1 into 2. This combo pretty much gives you the best of both worlds as far as I can tell. They have new charts with testing done on the new 2014s. I have this header coming this week for my 2013 Limited.
If I were going for max HP I'd get another Thunderheader, no ghost pipe why lug around extra weight that does nothing? To get the most out of it you need a good tuner and Dyno time $.Me I didn't want the expense or hassle of trying to get the most out of a stage one this time around so I went with a stock de-catted head pipe American Customs mufflers and baffles a Ness big Sucker and VIEDs at about a third of the cost, done.Sounds good, runs good, looks factory.
