PSA - for those using Mile-Hi HD in Colorado, they are doing the same as the above message. Contact their service department and they will put you on the list to call back for pickup next week after they get the parts in.
I just got my bike from them and they were DEAD in the service department the last two times I was in there. This will likely be a welcomed project for many service departments this time of year.
All the owners of previous models are justifying their decision to not purchase a new bike due to a clutch problem that will take the dealer 1 hour to fix? Glad all of you didn't get any if these junk 2014 bikes like the rest of us...P.S. 450 miles on mine with no trouble....except for that loose floorboard bolt....probably due to being a 2014?
LOL My 2014 is the best Harley I have owned/ridden and do not have any regrets

Got the call from my dealer a little bit ago,Harley is taking this seriously.I was told this is a "do not ride condition",they will send a trailer after my bike.I live 60 mls. away.
Where did you get that number from? I don't see it. I see about that many total and only a small number of the models listed are Twin Cooled. Most are still air cooled. Not saying you are making this up. I'd just like to see the source of your number becuase it is interesting on so many more levels that there are already 30,000 Twin Cooled bikes out there.
Its not a big deal. It takes 5 minutes for them to check the bikes. HD is recalling all the bikes just because they want them to be looked at. The dealer says they only had 1 so far that needed the new parts put in it. All the bikes they have on the floor are fine and available for sale today.
So everyone can stop blowing out of proportion now. lol
Its mostly the very first batch of 14s that came off the assembly line that will need this fix.
Edit=
Called another dealer for ***** and giggles, and they told me DO NOT ride it. I think its a Cover your *** thing right now but who knows.
They are finding out more and more from MOCO every couple hours.

Yeah I got my email yesterday. I was lookiing forward to riding this weekend. Safety first. Probably a chinese made valve with poor quality rubber parts. Made in USA... not.

Be happy you don't have to leave your bike at the service dept.
As far as hanging out at the dealer, who says you cant go there just to hangout.
I go to mine at least once a week, have a cup of coffee and visit with red the front counter girl....
I was just about to call my dealer this morning after confirming my VIN on the HD website. He called and is picking the bike up Monday. They do not want you to ride it until inspected. The new parts are expected in Monday.
