Mine is going in tomorrow 10/24. I'm also having the speed volume updated and the passing lamps programed to stay on with the brights.
My dealer is traveling 100 miles one way and bringing it back so for a total of 400 miles for this recall. A big cudo's goes out to Town & Country Harley for their service!
I read a few posts that their dealer would not return the bike, what a rip off, their being paid and probably telling MoCo they made the delivery to collect more free money...
They just picked my bike up, didn't say if they have my parts in or not yet, guess we will see how long it takes for them to call me back and say its ready. I was told they have already fixed 19 of 24.... Don't know how i ended up at the bottom of the list when I was the one that informed them of the recall.
Well I finally got mine back tonight. I dropped the bike off at the dealer Monday during lunch and the did the recall today. They had to rebuild the MC but the clutch plate was correct.
Mine still sits in my garage. My dealer looks like it's showing it's true colors. Been calling them every other day and they had no game plan. Called today and they told me i'm on the list and they will be calling me, when they are in my area for pick up? I feel better that I did'nt take the extended warranty.
Picked mine up tonight. Pressure plate was good just needed the MC rebuild. They did my stage 1 filter and download with the 1000 mi service! After riding a loaner 2013 Road King for the last week I am really happy I bought the 2014.Its rips for a basically stock bagger!
Mine was picked up yesterday , fixed today, and re delivered today. Great service overall. Happy to have it back in the garage. Only had 174 miles on it when it went in. The recall killed my biketoberfest trip but oh well. Such is life.
They picked mine up Friday and it was fixed yesterday. I picked her up today. They replaced the MC, plate was fine. Bike feels like it shifts better (not so clunky). Also feels like it finds neutral easier. Very happy with my dealer and with Moco.
