Ive had 6 different road bikes, from Kawi supersports, to a Triumph Sprint St, to a BMW r1200rt, and i will say that nothing beats traveling the US on a Harley. Whatever the difference is, its just different.

That was actually just one of the pull-offs heading up. There were about 3-4 "good" and when i say "good" i mean safe pull-offs heading up. There were times it was so windy i just didnt feel safe pulling off and taking some pictures, i would have liked too, but just didnt feel safe too. The winds gusted something fierce at some points. It was head on sometimes, at your back, from the side, it depended where you were on the mountain. Nothing you couldn't handle , but enough too make you grip a little harder.
