Only problem I had was my last order when I asked them to verify a part number. (I found out later that they don't do that. You've got to KNOW the correct number.) Instead of sending an email stating that they don't do that, they just cancelled my order. No reason given, just cancelled it. When I called to find out why, I was told that they expect the customer to get the number right. Fair enough, but don't kill my order with no reason given. Tell me what the problem was. IMO poor communication.

I ended up getting my parts from New Castle. I'd order from them, but I'd try New Castle or Kutter first.

Is there any limit to the amount of parts you can order. Last time I ordered parts from Chicago, they would only let me order 3 of anything. No more than 3 filters etc. If I'm going to order parts I would just as soon get a dozen. Does anyone know if these other shop put a limit on parts ordered.
Thanks Jonnierock

Most months it takes a $500 purchase to get free shipping. Some months during the winter they lower it to a $250 purchase. At least they did last winter.

I used to search online dealers for discounts and order and then wait... then discovered that after being courteous to the parts guy at my dealer a few times to the point where I was recognized when walking in, all I have to do is ask for a discount and will usually get 15-20%. Our sales tax is only 5% so usually end up keeping my business local.
All it usually takes after parts guy quotes the price is me asking "can you do better than that?" he looks at his computer and says "since you purchased your bike from us, sure."

If you order more then 2-3 of the same item your order will be cancelled and your account closed since they think your reselling the parts or are an Indy repair shop. Not their call but the MoCo's policy.

I would recommend them. I have never had any issues with them.

No issues. Have spent lots of dollars with them in parts. Bill Sparks is responsive and will work with you. But don't get your *** in a hurry because when their website says it may take 10 business days to ship the order...you need to understand that is exactly how it will go down. So manage your expectations and give www.Lshd1.com a try.

Used them a few times with no problems. Shipped quick enough that it's not worth paying the stealership for immediate sale.
