You may not 'need' cruise control, but after hundreds and hundreds
of miles you'll 'appreciate' cruise control.
Only changes I would make are stage one with V&H Monster rounds, mustache crash bar with rubber insert highway pegs, grips and mirrors.
loved my 2010 black denim. really digging the 2013 cvo ..... one suggestion i can make is to not go with the mustache crash bar. reason being is you won't be able to put the fairing lowers on with that, and the lowers are a definite asset. whether you use them as they come, or upgrade your stereo with speaker inserts.
Heading to the dealer tomorrow with my offer. I don't expect a yes right away. It's low, so we'll see how bad they want to get ride this RGC. Basically, $2500 off MSRP, no freight/setup fees and 20% off $1900 worth of accessories. I'm bringing the offer directly to the owner. I think the fact that it has no abs/alarm or cruise is hurting it's sale. Not to mention it's already a discontinued model. Well, for now at least.

Good luck! Sounds very feasible to me. When I was debating between 2013 RGC and Street Glide, dealer dropped 2k right away since 2014 were out. Was able to negotiate another $500 off and he offered up 20% off accessories for 1st month and threw in 2 free shirts. Now that season is almost over (at least where I live) you should be good with your offer. Try to get them to throw in 1k service as well
Thanks, will try for the free 1st service also, but I'm also limiting labor costs to 3 hours. I'm pretty sure it's around 4 hours for all the work I want done. Stage 1 (slip ons, SE Ventilator air cleaner and SE Street Tuner), hand grips, highway pegs with mounts, boom front speakers, mirrors, and removable backrest.
