amp is a great amp as already pointed out and you're on the right path to doing what you are doing. Always at least try what you've got first. If that don't satisfy you then move on with speakers.
Polk MM651 and MM6501 are both great speakers for the price
Biketronics Titan II 7.1" absolutely kick butt and you'll need that ARC quality/power of an amp to make them come alive.
I found 2 different Polk speakers the POLK MM651UM 6.5" and the POLK MM651 6.5" big price difference the UM is almost $100 more which ones are you guys using?
UM are 4 ohm speakers and that's fine, just need more power to push them to the level the 2 ohms would take.
IE. your radio has 17 bars I think.
with the arc amp, you'll probably be happy around 10 bars cruising with a 2 ohm speaker
with 4 ohms speakers, you'll be somewhere around 13 bars to achieve the same volume as above
*DISCLAIMER*
That was strictly a reference to point out the differences. Your setup will depend upon your ears, and your equipment.
I kept it simple and went with Arc Audio's amp and speaker kit. I installed the MPAK 6 a year and a half ago and am happy with the upgrade over the stock set up.
if I want to add rear speakers in the future should I get the ARC Audio KS125.2-MINI Amp or the ARC Audio KS125.4-MINI Amp? Sorry for the questions but I am not a stereo guy but I want a good loud system.

The UM speakers, besides being 4-ohm, have a non-removable grille that the tweeter is molded into. You don't want those.

If you're going to add the rears at a later date, IMO it is best to get the 125.4 amp now if you can afford it. Otherwise you have to do the install all over again.
Either amp will work but with a 2 channel, you'll lose your fader.
Didn't know HAT made Biketronics. My friend owns HYbrid Audio and he never mentioned that to me and knows I'm a rider. I'll have to give him a hard time next time I see him. :-)
