Chip on Fender Lip

Chip on Fender Lip
So I am cleaning the bike and notice a slight surface imperfection near the leading edge of the fender tip.
As I look closer it looks like either a rock or hard object glanced off of the fender tip.
Any suggestions for fixing it. It appears to be down to the primer or so I am assuming as it is dark almost black.

off to the stealership for some touch up paint probably.
You night be able to build it up and then have someone who knows what they are doing hit it with 2500 wet paper and buff it to hide the edges

Have used this stuff on my cars and my bikes. Much better than buying touch up paint at the dealer ans it is as easy as the video shows
