Have you tried tightening up the filter a little bit more...if it repeatedly gets loose?
Are you in the habit of doing maintenance? I ask because I see this is your first post. Not that there is anything wrong with it being a first post, everybody has to start at some point.
I've never had this problem with an oil filter on any vehicle just the reverse being too tight! He's obviously not tightening it enough upon installation!
