Default Woods TW5-6 cam

Anyone running this cam?
I see it listed as working well with a stock set up and wonder how it compares to the woods 222 that is the rave.
I know I could call fuel moto but figure they are busy enough and peeps on here must have installed and ran one or both.
Thanks in advance.

Was very popular with 95" baggers. Think of it as 222 that can take a little more compression and some headwork.

It is very similar. The 5-6 has 6 more degrees duration on intake and exhaust and .020" more lift. It has 4 more degrees overlap. It will move the torque curve 200 to 300 rpms to the right. You probably won't notice difference. The .575 lift is a little more than I would like unless had the .585 springs. Should be able to out do the 222 if couple tenths more of compression.

Cool, thank you gents. I guess I didn't really look at the #'s before posting so is good to know a tad more valve opening.
Thanks

I have them on my SG and love it. Great bagger cam. Can load the bike with the wife for a weeks vacation and it's just twist and go. I rarely have to downshift to pass or climb a huge hill. Would choose this cam again when I buy my next HD. Builder said I left some HP/TQ on the table by choosing the Super Traps but I wanted quiet exhaust. Very satisfied

Attached is the dyno sheet of my 103 with TW-222 cams. I looked at the TW5-6 but like the OP could find little to no info and certainly no comparisons between the two cams.

Jamie at Fuel Moto recommended the TW-222 cam so I went with it. Not sure if the TW5-6 would have been better, but I am pretty happy with my TW-222 as a drop in cam.

The dyno chart is a stock 2012 103" with Rinehart Extreme true duals and an HD Heavy Breather and TW-222 cams. No head work or bump in compression.

If you get the TW5-6 post a dyno sheet so we can see.
