Default cruiser customizing?

Has anyone ordered from cruiser customizing? I ordered their clutch cable and brake line kit,and the namz wiring extensions from them over a month ago and they are still on back order.Just wondering if this is normal for them?Im getting tired of waiting and thinking of canceling the order and going somewhere else.

After a month, I'd definitely go somewhere else. That's ridiculous!

I have ordered from them before and received the parts quick.

Did they tell you your parts were on back order from the get-go?

I live in Illinois and get stuff faster from them then I do j&p cycles and im only an hour and a half from them. if they said it was on back order from the get go then that's your fault id just wait . or you could have went to the dealer and got them same day

if parts are back-ordered from the manufacturer it is 1. not their fault. and 2. anyplace you order that does not have parts in stock, will experience the same thing. best bet is find someplace with in-stock, then cancel your order.
