They are usually on the ball. I know the two times I have ordered I received my items in 2-3 days. They may have actually been out of stock. When I talked to them about the discount code they said they had a hiccup in the system that was showing a few of the JW products in stock when they actually weren't. Give 'em a call. They will get you an answer.
