I don't have it on my Limited but the owner of the local dealership did the Boom speaker and amp upgrade to his new Limited and it is outstanding. Unlike anything I've ever heard on a motorcycle without cutting up the trunk and bags with crazy oversized speakers and subs. Gonna be hard for anyone to really outdo it. They got serious about their audio this time and the best part is that it's all made to work together. I know a lot of you guys will never believe it and I doubted it until I heard it with my own ears. I was blown away. Give it a listen if you get a chance.
if I were you guys.. I'd wait til VTwin Expo in February before I start changing audio components. Just my humble .02 worth...
Its in Ohio I believe if it wasn't so far I would love to go. The annual bike show in NY is early this year at the Javits center in NYC Dec 13th-15th its
Usually in January.

I'll take that bet. Go to any dealer with a CVO limited on the floor and you can hear it. I have. Yes, the current boom set up is the best they've put out yet....However it is NOT worth the money they charge for it by a long shot. "Plug and play" or not. Even J&M John will agree with that. My "home built" system is designed to work together too...by me. And it will crush the CVO system.
"More forum BS"? That how you always ask for information?
This is where most of the vendors will announce their 14 model aftermarket products
Its BS because.... Your saying hey I am cool because I am in the know and I know some thing but I can not say any thing. In my mind cool is say some thing or don't say any thing. Its the teaser that pushed me over the edge. LOL

Really dude?
You know what I know now. The only difference between the two of us is I am in touch with some of the vendors on a regular basis.
biketronics, arc audio, cycle sounds, hogtunes, hawgwired, yaffee, Harley Davidson, drag specialties, s&s, among many others release their "wares" at this time.
I'm providing you information, not trying to be cool. and to be quite honest I could give a rats *** what it looks like to you. Go peddle your attitude somewhere else man cause it's certainly not wanted here.

I would go over to the audio section and read the thread that MontyCop05 posted up in the sticky section. JM does a side by side comparison of the Boom audio and the JM product. I can assure you, you will most likely change your mind after reading and listening to the comparison. I'm not advocating JM by no means but the initial findings look a whole lot better than the Boom Audio and for the money Harley wants for the Boom Audio I would have expected a whole lot better.
