This weekend I replaced the bars on my 2010 SG with the +2 Bagger bars from Khrome werks. The install went fairly well. My only issue is now my passing lamps and headlamp don't work. Turn signals, brake light and running lights all function normally. A multimeter says there is no power going to the headlight plug, and the passing lamp rocker won't light up either.

I dont recall unplugging anything in the fairing other than the main three prong for the headlamp. Could it be a lighting relay? All the fuses test out good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

 

Try loosening the controls that hold your high low beam switch to make sure the wire is not pinched and shorted. It doesn't take much.

Ditto, recheck all of your work that you have done carefully, you will find out what is wrong. If it worked before you tinkered with it, its something pinched or not plugged in or a fuse from a power surge.
