Okay, I've been reading up the last couple of days about handlebars.
I'm thinking about getting the OL a set of 14" or 16" bars for her 14 RK. She's not too short (5'6") but would like the bars closer to her and the reach between the bars closer together.
Is this the setback that I am looking for to get the bars closer to her? And, how is this measured?
Take a look at the Chubby's 508. It has a 16" pullback and is only 32" wide. I had them on my old RK and found them to be the most comfortable bars ever. (I'm only 5' 9") I am in the process of looking for a similar bar for my batwing, but am having little luck. Check out their site and it will answer your questions as to how to measure bars.
Thanks everyone for the great feedback and tips. It's time for the OL to look at some bars and see what style she likes. Then we can figure out what size.
