I've been a regular EP customer for about 10 years now and overall I'd give the a 9 out of 10. They lose a point for overbooking online orders via EBay for items that are either out of stock or inventory depleted and then it becomes a crap shoot as to when some items which may be on back order actually are in stock again and available for delivery.
Can be very frustrating if you order multiple items and need all of them in timely fashion to properly complete a project. Never had an issue when I've called them to place the order as their sales reps know on the spot if/when they can completely fill an order.
All in all they are probably one of the best broad-line parts outfits in the business if not the best especially since Jenny bowed out.
Been dealing with them for years. As a regular they always give be a bit better discount. And with the fact that they are only about 70 miles away I usually get my stuff the next day. Even if they have to order something it is no more than 4-5 days.
I would agree, I just bought a fuelpak from them.......great price and fast delivery. I'm thinking about some extended bags. Anyone bought bags from them?
Yes, I got the CVO bags. EPC sold them to me already painted. I work 15 minutes away, and live 45 minutes away, so I just pick the stuff up. Good to know their shipping service is so fast if I ever need it. I think I'll ride my bike over there this morning : )

Hehe, someone caught it!! I wont ride my bike until all that liquid snow melt spray (magnesium chloride), and salt gets a good washing or 2 off the road. That magnesium chloride will mess some stuff up on a bike.

I'm close enough to pick up but if I order online I avoid sales tax and the gas to get there. I can wait a day extra.
the good about Eastern Performance located in Maryland......close enough to drive to and pick up parts and look over the shop & retail store.......the bad about Eastern Perfrmance in Maryland....having to pay the 6% sales tax
