I don't know if it's true or not but I heard of a guy that had NOTAG... In a few months he received thousands of parking tickets!
When the cops were writing tickets if there was no license plate they would write notag in the License plate field of the ticket.

I was riding years ago and had seen a guy on a Softail and his vanity plate was:

PRN STR for **** Star of course I though what an idiot
