I have never seen a way to do that. I wouldn't want to even if it could, the screen is too small to do nav. Get a RamMount & mount your IPhone to your bars.

You need to have a water tight enclosure for the IPhone, mount it on the bike and install an interface so that you can hear the turn prompts and talk on the phone.

Not sure about a 2006, but on my 2009 I had the aux input on the radio. I just ran the wire from the headphone out on my phone to the aux on the radio. Worked great.

I hooked a cigarette lighter I bought on eBay for 3.99 to my battery and mounted it under my seat, then plugged a dual USB port adapter to the cigarette lighter and run my GPS off it as well as charge my iPhone.

no, you run a male-male adapter plug from your headphone jack on the phone to the aux input on the head unit.

Originally I used my Samsung Note 2 in a RAM mount holder then a waterproof holder and ran the audio to my AUX input on the radio. I was using Co-Pilot GPS App on my phone. It worked, but didn't exactly do as I wanted and the audio just wasn't that loud. So I then opted for the HD Garmin 660 with the interface for the radio. That in my opinion is the way to go.
