Came across this company today and was wondering if anyone out there in motoworld has bought this brand of drivers backrest. Likes/dislikes. LR.
Just bought one for my cvo seat..it does the job for long hauls kind of flimsy but I have know other option for my seat so I think its great..LOL. Super nice people to deal with, I ordered one and it went out 15 minutes after we spoke. You can't go wrong for a 100.00
Ordered one before a 4600 mile trip last summer. Well worth the $100. Not as good as a Harley model. But I don't leave it on all the time which brings me to the ease of removal. Just slides right off and on. Makes it easy to steal but is also just as easy to stash in your bags.
Fast shipping and easy install but I agree that it is flimsy. It also is not adjustable at all. You get what you pay for and I guess I did. I haven't ridden with it yet because as soon as I ordered it we got snow and cold temps. Then again it was half the price of most other driver back rests. Not bad, Just not great.
I ordered one of these last spring and then sent it back (bought a different kind). It looks great on the bike. They are really nice people to work with and the install is easy. My issue was that I am only 170 lbs. and when I leaned on it there wasn't any support. I had is paired with a 2-up Sundowner. The backrest kept going back and back which is was basically stretching out the slot in the 2-up seat. Sucks because it probably is the on of the best looking backrest.
