Hey guys and girls. Just wanted to stop in and say hi to all.
Been on these forums around a year or so now but been in the sporty section for the most part. Now after riding my sporty for almost 14 months and about 10.5k miles, I finally took the plunge and bought a street glide. Found a nice '07 with some nice upgrades and relatively low miles (approx. 7400 miles) and figured why not upgrade. After riding the sporty for a year I finally have a good idea what I wanted in my long term bike and this one really caught my eye. The color fits my future plans and think this one will keep me happy for a long time. Just got to get used to the ride difference between the two.
anyway, here are some pics and look forward to chatting with you all.
Literally just got it yesterday from the HD dealer, so haven't done any oil changes or what not yet. I was just getting into servicing my sporty so still open to suggestions and recommendations.
Nice bike you are going to love it. I did something similar went from a 1200 custom to a Electra glide classic. Best move for me. Wife just got me a ultra cooler and Krome Werks headers for Christmas. Know what I'll be doing this weekend. Ride safe
